Susan Gebo is a business writer who branched out into fiction when back-to-back health crises provided the time and opportunity. Her novels include Horseshoes and Hand Grenades, and the forthcoming Beautiful and Terrible Things. Her short stories have appeared in Monadnock Underground and Smoky Quartz, and her articles in publications including The Boston Sunday Globe, Bay State Parent, and Guitar & Bass magazine.
